Consolidating self-position amid distractions
In current era,the world is buzzing with exponential commercial activities & everyone at large,is making political edge over competitors, there is phenomenal growth of advertising worlds through various media. A common person find trapped amidst him-self to succumb to the pressure of ad-world result in distraction of attention. The distraction impairs concentration. When I made deliberation, I found the distraction cause various impacts on human-psychic. Following given are some of symptoms observed.
Destination-distraction.
In implementation of organized program, It is emphasizes to begin with vision of end. With distracted mind, men I are often lost in path. He does so, as Humans are found to obsess with prop he uses. In order to understand, let us recollect a story of old professor. The professor was traveling in reserved class in a train for long destination. On the a young ticket checker entered the compartment where the professor sited. The TC ordered all to display ticket without focusing to see everyone face & started check turn by turn to mark tickets. The professor was hassled to reach his hand to tickets in his pocket & all the place where he assumed to have packed but in vain. Mean-time, the TC saw his face & exited to recognize the professor to be from his own college & gave relief from complying to produce. They left that place promising him to revisit him after completing rest task. While TC came back later-on to meet,He was shocked to observe the professor was hard-searching his unpacked baggage.TC-the old student of him re-confirmed that he no more need to produce. On that, professor replied that it may not later requirement, He was doing so to read-out destination, he want to get-down.
Thus many of human find to get distraction from very mission, He is born with mission conceived.
Identity Distraction.
Everyone possess particular personality to match role requirement or to the demand of his vocation/profession. In phenomenal dynamic interaction of industrialized activity , person loose tract of his style & thus fall prey to identity distraction
Motive Distraction.
To explain above, I present here very interesting incident of school as given under.
On one day, there was inspection day for school that is done periodically by governing body to monitor functioning of school. AN Inspector was nominated to visit school to test directly student & observe discipline & control ability of teacher & head of school.
The Inspector enters running class attended in full presence. The inspector randomly selected a student name Steven asked him who was the person broke Parsuram’s bow.It was question from Hindu's mythological story "Ramayana" To that Steven denied to have done. The Inspector was disturbed & became serious.He asked same question to some more students. Though one-two students guessed 'Rama but with doubt..When he asked a student named John. He reacted with anger, suspecting him to be framed as allegation, he beached & passed the blame to other student named Mathew. To this Mathew objected in defense. The classmates were divided in two group to fight for their favorite. The quarrel was intensified & noisy. The Inspector yelled to make them silence. He turned to The teacher to feed back. The teacher tried to make escape by naming other teacher during who's class the incident had happened. The INSPECTOR GOT angry ordered teacher & student to follow him to the office of SCHOOL'S PRINCIPAL. The Principal became strict with Mathew & called his parent.They somehow visited principal with aggressive mood.Principal briefed them & alleging the damage of bow probably done by their son & ordered to pay fine. Parent displayed displeasure for wasting their time for a small amount that he can recover while taking large donation from them.Thus the unknowingly exposed the illegal practice. The Inspector observed illegal practice & registered offense against Principal. The Principal went defensive narrated displeasure that ministry does not provide adequate fund for security of school. The inspector summoned Principal along with other to the office of Ministry. The minister declined to register Mal-functioning & indiscipline against them & described malpractice done in 'purchase of bow' by peer ministry of commerce who might have made purchase of cheap material. He made a report & instructed all them to accompany him to the office of Head of state-PM..The PM gave patient hearing them but set aside-reports to establish act of terrorism. He showed suspicion that it is done on instigation of neighboring state.
The above incident indicates that everyone is preconditioned to particular foe to target them & that lead to distraction.
